badminton
"Thwack!" With the sharp sound of racket meeting shuttlecock, an intense badminton match erupted.
Watch as the shuttlecock traced ever-changing arcs through the air—at times fast as an arrow, at others gently as a falling feather. Players dashed and leaped across the court, tracking its flight, returning every shot. The entire match unfolded as a spectacular display.
50m Obstacle Race
At the referee’s sharp "Go!", the competitors shot forward like arrows toward the first challenge—Hula Hoop Spin. In an instant, players were swiveling their hips, keeping hoops whirling effortlessly around their waists.
Next, they raced to the second station—Jump Rope. Gripping the handles tightly, contestants whipped the ropes in rapid circles, their toes barely skimming the ground in perfect rhythm.
After clearing this, they charged toward the final test—Dribble Run. Without hesitation, athletes scooped up basketballs, bent low, and sprinted ahead while dribbling, covering the last stretch in powerful strides until they burst across the finish line—all in no time.
pitch-pot
When traditional skills meet during the Dragon Boat Festival, speed becomes the ultimate test. Competitors first kick exactly 15 jianzi shuttlecocks, then race to be the first to land three arrows in the ancient pitch-pot game.
Colorful feathered jianzi danced through the air—soaring up and down, darting left and right—at the players' nimble feet. Suddenly, gasps erupted as three arrows thudded home in perfect succession! Kanghong truly hides unsuspected talents; this champion seemed destined to seize the victory.

Zongzi Relay Race: Not What You Expect!
Think this is an eating contest? Far from it! This is a chopstick relay race with zongzi. Deceptively easy to grip, these crafty rice dumplings slip treacherously between chopsticks. Teammates focus intensely, gingerly taking zongzi from the previous player’s chopsticks. Plop! A zongzi "jumps to its doom," drawing gasps from the crowd. Stay calm—quickly pick it up from the table and pass it onward. This nail-biting joy plays out perfectly across 10 slippery zongzi.
Land Dragon Boats: Where Water’s Optional!
Who says dragon boats need water? Kanghong’s crew makes them soar on dry land!
"On your marks—" The referee’s whistle blows. Teams connected by hula hoops surge forward. Team 1 capsized instantly—their "boat" breaking apart, sending everyone into roars of laughter. Team 6’s frontrunner bolted too fast, causing the rear to tumble in unison (a close call!). But with disciplined *"1-2-1" marching*, they clinched a solid score. Every team showcased unique teamwork amid constant laughter. The strongest crew isn’t about star players—it’s about filling each other’s gaps.
