A new phase, a new starting point! The 2026 Q1 Points Awarding Ceremony of KHON Electronics has been successfully held. Every point accumulated comes from daily adherence to on-site management; evey achievement deserves to be carefully witnessed.

1 Learning Sharing for Mutual Improvement
At the beginning of the conference, colleagues who participated in external training shared key takeaways and insights. This helped everyone further standardize on-site management, focus on details, implement standards, and turn every effort into tangible points and results.
2 Moment of Glory · Awards Ceremony
The conference commended outstanding employees for their excellent performance in the first quarter. Based on the comprehensive quarterly points evaluation, individual champions, first and second runners-up were selected. The award-winning employees were diligent, earnest, proactive, and striving for excellence in work. They stood out through daily accumulation and unremitting efforts, becoming role models for all staff.
Excellent teams were also honored on site. The Dispensing Workshop was awarded the 2026 Q1 Excellent 6S Workshop for its standardized, tidy and orderly workplace.
At the end of the conference, a points-based lottery session was held. The lottery was based on quarterly points rankings, effectively motivating all employees to work hard and forge ahead. The scene was full of surprises and warm atmosphere, and everyone gained benefits and recognition amid laughter and joy.
3 Fun Interaction · Igniting the Venue
To liven up the atmosphere, two fun interactive games were arranged during the conference:
· Finger Catch Game: React quickly when hearing words like "points", "on the list" and "awarding"—catch with the left hand and avoid with the right hand, bringing constant laughter to the whole venue.
Eagle-Eyed Spot the Difference: Find differences in pictures and texts, testing observation and concentration. Participants could win points and gifts for correct answers, and everyone joined in with great enthusiasm.
